Jacob has done an incredible job not only managing my rental the webpage, but doing a bang up job cleaning and making sure guests have everything they need. Big Island Cleaners was recently hired by me to do a massive cleaning job on an apartment building that I bought from a bank after a foreclosure sale and eviction. It was such a mess and so filthy that I was convinced I was going to have to replace all 13 toilets in the bathrooms and most likely do the same with the showers. I contacted Big Island Cleaners to undertake the job.  They started out just doing a test portion of the property to see how it would turn out. I was so amazed by their ability to bring the toilets, showers, sinks and the entire bathroom back to clean and good condition. It saved me thousands of dollars in material and labor as the result of Big Island Cleaner’s dedication and commitment to make the bathrooms look almost new again. Big Island Cleaners was so thorough that after multiple cleaners being tested on the various areas to be cleaned, they were even able to bring many of floors, counters and appliances back to looking acceptable again. Jake and his team are great! I was not sure what to expect because I got his name from someone else but turned out for the best. He is very responsive and is willing to do whatever is needed. Very flexible and even offered to help us move furniture into our new place. I plan on using his cleaning service for the foreseeable future and would recommend to any one who is looking for a reliable cleaning surface or help with other home projects.
